I am configuring the CME to enable conferencing. I get <0-0> when I try to configure max sessions, which means I can't have conferencing. I have enough DSPs. Please see the below (truncated) config.

I would tend to say you do not have enough DSP's. What DSP modules are in the router and what cards are in the router. sh tech please.

i have to agree with Chad most probably not enough DSPs, if possible also post the sh run.
rememember, conferencing takes a WHOLE dsp
ie: if you have 15 channels to spare... that won't do since you need the whole 16 channels
issue a sh voice dsp to see how many channels are already allocated
