Conference now announcements

Conference now on CUCM v11 is not playing the default announcements but announmencements all work if I upload custom ones.  Any ideas?

Are the appropriate locales installed?

Can you elaborate on this?  What locales are they referring to and where do you install/select them?

I just installed the GB one as I'm in the UK and now get the british announcements
