Configuring direct line for managers on FXO cards (inbound and outbound calls)

Hi Good Day!

I have this configuration below in a cisco 2900 router running CCME. I have configured connection Plar directing external calls to specific extensions. I have a problem with ensuring that outbound calls from a manager on extension 118 are always routed to voice port 0/0/2 and that all other outbound calls from other users don't ever use this voice port 0/0/2. The main issue is having a fixed/direct line for manager on extension 118.

voice-port 0/0/2
 trunk-group xyz
 connection plar opx immediate 118
description xyz line 011-XXX-XXXX - Manager Line
 caller-id enable

The number 011-XXX-XXXX should not be included on other user for calling/Pickup. this number should be dedicated to Manager only.

dial-peer voice 30 pots
 trunkgroup xyz
 corlist outgoing Loccall
 description Local Calls via- 011XXXXXXX
 destination-pattern 9[24]......
 forward-digits 7
!
dial-peer voice 31 pots
 trunkgroup xyz
 corlist outgoing Loccall
 description Local Calls via- 011XXXXXXX
 destination-pattern 99.[^0]
 forward-digits 3
!
dial-peer voice 32 pots
 trunkgroup xyz
 corlist outgoing Loccall
 description Local Calls via- 011XXXXXXX
 destination-pattern 9800.......
 forward-digits 10
!
dial-peer voice 33 pots
 trunkgroup xyz
 corlist outgoing Loccall
 description Local Calls via- 011XXXXXXX
 destination-pattern 99200.....
 forward-digits 9

Thank you.
