I have this configuration below in a cisco 2900 router running CCME. I have configured connection Plar directing external calls to specific extensions. I have a problem with ensuring that outbound calls from a manager on extension 118 are always routed to voice port 0/0/2 and that all other outbound calls from other users don't ever use this voice port 0/0/2. The main issue is having a fixed/direct line for manager on extension 118.

The number 011-XXX-XXXX should not be included on other user for calling/Pickup. this number should be dedicated to Manager only.
