Hi
I have a Cisco Unity 8.0 (Windows Based) Server integrated with CUCM Version 8.5.1.12025-1. Here I want to enable IVR on a Single no. and want-
A) Keys should point to a specific option like 1 for billing info, 2 for profile update n so on.
B) How to integrate external database server (for billing info) with unity?
Can i configure all these in my existing setup or require any additional system ?
Thanks.

Yes, but not Unity/CUC or CUE.
You would need to buy UCCX or UCCE to do so.

Hi,
Have a look at this link.
You need to use call handlers

You do not integrate Unity to any billing system, that would be CUCM
Configuring CDR Repository Manager

Hi java,
Just to make it clear, i am not specifically talking about cucm cdr billing.
I want to know, can we fetch the data from any external database server? For example i have a table in an external database server which contains user id and their bill of purchased items. In IVR if users presses 1 and specifies his user id, he will get his total bill.
I hope it will clear the scenrio. Is it possible to do so??
Thanks
Pankaj

Hi,
Thanks for reply.
I read the link provided by you. Its really helpful. but still i am not able to correlate the call handlers according to my requirement.
So Can you please send me any example configuration if you have?
Thanks
Pankaj
