Hey Guys.
We have a PRI terminated on a voice router with CUCM 8.5. Now clients are getting one more PRI to terminate on the router. they want calls to go on PRI A if "9" is pressed and PRI B if "0" is pressed initially. How can we go about this ??
Thanks

If your PRI is added as MGCP, you can add the 2nd PRI as another Gateway on CUCM and create a copy of the old Route Patterns. change the 9 to 0 and point this RP to the new Gateway added on CUCM.
If you have the PRI setup as H323, you'd need to create Route Patterns with 0 dial and point it the same Gateway. On the Gateway, you need to create dial-peers which do a match based on 0 instead of 9 as it would be currently setup.

thanks for the reply. the pri is setup as h323. I shall create dial peers to match 0 as well. So this will enable the user to use any of the two pri by dialing 0 or 9 right ??

Yes, once you add the Route Pattern and Dial-peers, you can route calls by dialing either 0 or 9
