Connection 8.6 Text to Speech and MWI

Hi,

I have unity connection v8.6, exchange 2010 and cme 8.

When a user leaves a voice message, MWI turn on on the IP Phone. We delete the voice message the MWI turn off.

But when the user receive an email, MWI do not turn on on the IP Phone.

When we call voicemail, enter the PIN code then select 7, unity connection says we have the email message.

Do you know how to have MWI with new email ?

This is the expected behavior.  The Text to Speech feature only enables Unity Connection to access the user's message for playback.  MWI will not be triggered for new emails that you receive in Exchange.
