Hello, I am a novice with VoIP but I am learning alot through these forums and Google searches. So we use Cisco 7960 VoIP phones in our office but we have grown in employees, so we bought some new Cisco 7960 phones, however, we are setup as SIP in our office and the phones we purchased are not SIP. so I have been learning via online tutorials how to convert to SIP. I have got all the necessary files uploaded to my tftpboot directory but my phone shows "Load ID incorrect" Can someone please help me with this? Thank you very much!

Hi Abhay, thank you for your quick response, I appreciate it. Do I need Call Manager? I do not currently use Call Manager.
