DID to CUC ? "Please enter the extension number"

Sorry, I'm a noob at this. CUCM & CUC 10.5. I want to use a DID and then get "Please enter the extension you are trying to reach". DID would = CTI and I just don't know if CUC User / mailbox type or Call Hander or System Call Handler that is best for this. If I can include corporate directory search for name would be great also. Thanks,

Yes, you can configure a CTI with CFA to VM, match that in a call handler, and then have people dial the number they want, if you want a corporate directory, that would be a directory call handler, you can use caller input to send them to it.
