corporate button service not working on cisco phone

I have restored  Corporate directory ip phone services to the default Service URL.

http://X.X.X.X:8080/ccmip/xmldirectory.jsp

However when i press corporate directory button on the cisco phone i'm not seeing telephone book,

Instead it jumps to option 1 button "Missed calls"

Is there something that i forget??

We are using version 9.1.2.100000-28

Hi ,

try changing URL to http://X.X.X.X:8080/ccmip/xmldirectoryinput.jsp where x.x.x.x is ip address of CUCM
