Can someone help me with the below issue?
When we press the "services" button on the phone, it never shows "Extension Mobility" option.
Checked "Enable Extension Mobility" checkbox and set the "Default logout 7960" profile.

In my case it is a Cisco 7940 model. Directory is not available when tried from phone. Only a single user facing issue. Don't think we need to check in Enterprise Parameter. Any help is really appreciated. Thanks!!
