Hi everyone..
Recently we uploaded bulk phone data with aar routing....after that corporate and personal directory both showing "Host not found"
Before this uploading both directory worked well. Ip phone model is 7841 and cucm is 10.5
This error showing in all ip phone.
I restarted tftp service and tomcat services. I also reset Factory default setting on many phones but problem not resolved.
Please suggest me how to troubleshoot this issue.
Thanks

Does it work if you try to open the URL in a web browser?
Have you verified there are no expired certificates?
No ITL issues?

Is the phone service pointint out to an IP address or name, if name you have to check if the phone is getting an DNS server in the boot proccess.
