Hi,
I am deploying a new CUCM 11.5(1)SU2 cluster with 7841 phones.
I have configured BLF Speed Dials and they work fine but for some reason the phone presence info is not shown in Corporate Directory.
It works fine on IP Communicator configured as a SIP device.
I have set the BLF for Call Lists Enterprise Parameter to enabled so I am a bit stumped.
Does anyone else have this working? (or know whether this is supported on the 7841)
Thanks

Hi James,
Although I am 99% sure you have had turned it on the Device Configuration as well, but there is no harm in re-verifying the same.

Hi James
Just found this in another forum. Please try this out
Check the configuration of the Device... Go to "Protocol Specific Information" and under SUBSCRIBE Calling Search Space you need set a valid CSS to reach "Internal" numbers

Hi,
Thanks for responding. The Subscribe CSS is set correctly and BLF Speed Dials work ok so the phone can see the target devices.
It is just Corporate Directory that shows the incorrect info.
