In our environment there are 3 CUCM servers .
UCS#1 : CUCM Pub , CUCM Sub-1
UCS#2 : CUCM Sub-2
When the UCS#1 is down all the phones who registered to CUCM SUB-2 are not displaying Corporate Directory/Speed-dials
CUCM Version : 11.5
