hi there,
where we should use auto qos trust cos and where to use auto qos trust dscp.
we had some issues in our network where we can see any cos incoming trrafic in cos 5 but we can see in cos 6 same with outgoing .
which one is right comand to use on uplinks with router and which one is to use with switch uplink.
#sh mls qos int g0/1 statistics

In opinion is you should never use auto QoS, as if you dont fully understand QoS you should not be applying it. If you do understand it you would not use auto QoS.
Either way cos is layer 2 and dscp is layer 3.

Hi,
The packets leaving the other end of your cable/link are not being set to COS 5.
Investigate the other end device.
Regards,
Alex.
