Hi Phyo,
What is the call flow?
Who is the service provider?
Did you check with them why they are rejecting the call?
Are you using the correct switch type as required by Telco?
Are you using the correct plan / type as required by Telco?
Regards,
Harmit.

Phyo,
When dialing toll-free numbers your calling party number must be valid. If you send a blank or invalid calling party number the call is generally rejected. This is a common issue when you block outbound CLID by default.
