Hi all,

I've problem calling to 800 toll free numbers. I'm currently using ISDN 30.

I can make calling to 1800 toll free numbers no problem. But everytime I call 800 numbers I got the following error.

Called Party Number i = 0x81, '8004481627'

                Plan:ISDN, Type:Unknown

.Dec 12 03:32:01.168: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 Q931: RX <- CALL_PROC pd = 8  callref = 0x9B73

        Channel ID i = 0xA98383

                Exclusive, Channel 3

.Dec 12 03:32:02.444: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 Q931: RX <- DISCONNECT pd = 8  callref = 0x9B73

        Cause i = 0x8795 - Call rejected

        Progress Ind i = 0x8288 - In-band info or appropriate now available.

Can someone got any idea?

Thanks.

Hi Phyo,

What is the call flow?

Who is the service provider?

Did you check with them why they are rejecting the call?

Are you using the correct switch type as required by Telco?

Are you using the correct plan / type as required by Telco?

Regards,
Harmit.

Hi Phyo,

Please refer to this link.

It is said that telco issue. Kindly verify if you can access this toll free number.

Thanks and regards,

RJ

Phyo,

When dialing toll-free numbers your calling party number must be valid.  If you send a blank or invalid calling party number the call is generally rejected.  This is a common issue when you block outbound CLID by default.
