Hi all,
We got problem with phone rebooting and its network cutting during phone rebooting time.
We got that scheme:
Access sw with PoE---CP-6941---VDI monoblock under Citrix.
When user logs into an AD with his credentials the phone goes to rebooting cycle cutting for that period monoblock out of a network using its internal switch.
When phone boots up monoblock can get the network.
Does anb know the step by step booting process of a phone and its internal switch behavior during that period?

Hi Martin,
My answers:
No, first problem was detected on January 2014.
There is a pool of 534 phones CP-6941. Since January 2014, as i mentioned.
IEEE 802.3af PoE. So i guess 15.4 Wt max?
Yes, client did it lots of time
No, but there are 534 phones, and every day 2-4 of them are cutting Lenovo monoblock out of VMware network resources.
Yes, L3. Cisco WS-C4510R+E and Cisco WS-C3560X-48P-E. I still wait for exat configs of these switches. But saw that WS-C3560X-48P-E got 715 Wt total. So if all the ports are busy, it's 14.89 Wt each. Cisco WS-C4510R+E i will clarify which power supply is inside.
By the way we should consider that when phone reboots it spends more power to restart.

Hi @AZatishny,
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/catalyst-3750-x-series-switches/data_sheet_c78-584733.html?cachemode=refresh
Also, maybe some ports of the switches are providing more power to the endpoints than what they really need and the switch is experiencing that problem.
Can you provide some outputs? (Attach them as a .txt file please):
show controllers power inline
show power inline
show running-config (you can remove confidential information from this)
Waiting for your responses.
Don't forget to rate.

Cool AZatishny.
Before giving you more recommendations I want to know something else:
Another thing you can do to make sure the authentication is working fine between the phones and the AD is to change the password of a user and AD, then at the phone you can try entering the new password and see if you can log in.

Sorry for the delay. The work got me busy for a while.
I recommend to upgrade to the SR1 firmware version. I found some documentation that says an issue in your current firmware version when a user logs in while a multicast flooding is present in the network. I don't know if it's your case but it's good to try this first.
HTH.
