Hi, Nipun. What was the firmware before upgrade ? What version did you upgrade to ? -- I don't remember exactly on which firmware it was initially, but tested on SCCP and SIP from 8 version (even 9) with no luck: SIP --- cmterm-7945_7965-sip.8-5-4: ....

Just one CP-7945G in a lab. Screen was OK before the upgrade. It seems the ITL, CTL etc. files needed to be sent while updated on TFTPD32. BR AZ

Hi Nipun Singh, SCCP CP-7945 for now is not able to be registered with CUCM 8.6. Phone's ip address is pinged from CUCM. BR AZ
