Hi, I have a CP-8831 connected to one cluster running CUCM 8.6 but I want to move the phone to another cluster running CUCM 8.6
How do I delete the ITL file on this model? I don't see a possibility to delete the ITL file as there is for a 7900 series phone.

Hi Peter,
The only way I belive you have remote the ITL File from that model of phone remotely is by setting the Enterprise parameter of "Prepare Cluster for Rollback to pre 8.0" to true, then reset the phone(s) for that setting to take effect.

Hi,
I found the correct solution:
In the Menu, go to Admin Settings --> Reset Settings --> Select Security.
This will delete the ITL file.
