CP - 8832 - MIC - WLS Unable to Pair

I have a CP-8832-MIC-WLS wireless mics that will not pair to the CP-8832-K9. I have two of the conference phones and two mic kits that I've tried this with and they will not pair. 

I've tried

• Start Pairing on the Conference phone, then press and hold the mute button for 3 seconds until the white light starts flashing. Tried this on and off the charging Unit.
• Press and hold the mute button until the white light starts flashing the start pairing on the Conference Phone. 
• I've tried resetting the conference phone then retrying the above.
• I see no other settings on the device
• Active Load ID: sip8832.12-1-1-23
• Inactive Load ID: sip8832.12-5-1-16
• UCM Version: 11.5.1.15900-18

Is this not compatible with our UCM Version?

It should work with  CUCM 11.X. 

Upgrade the firmware and try pairing.. 

For pairing the MICS, Make sure you are follow the steps described in the below guide.
