CP-8841 / 8851 Call Hold Feature

We are currently converting all of our nursing station phones in our hospital to CP-8841 and 8851 phones and they use the hold feature between phones regularly.  Is there a way to eliminate having to press the "Resume" button when retrieving a held call?  They are used to only pressing the flashing line button.  We are using Enhanced Line Mode and setting our busy triggers to 1 on all phones.

They were actually using another brand of phone altogether but we also have CP-7965 phones that don't need the Resume button.  If it can't be disabled, that's fine.  Just wanted to be sure.
