CP 8845 no call history shows

CME 10.5

CP 8845 no call history, and no missing call prompt,  and loaded the firmware sip8845_65.11-0-1-11, 

Any comments about my issue? thanks.

Hi Kenneth,

Did the issue start after any firmware upgrade or any other changes on CME? Can you check if other SIP phones are working fine. If possible downgrade the firmware on one of these 8845's or try deleting and readding it on CME and see if that helps.

no changes on CME, and have cp7841 sip phones are working fine, which one firmware can be use for downgrade? Thanks.
