CP-8851-3PCC-K9= Firmware Upgrade

I'm trying to upgrade the firmware but I keep getting file not found.  Using http://url/firmware.loads in the Upgrade Rule.  The error I get is "File Not Found". 

If I cut and past the Upgrade Rule URL in a browser, it immediately goes to download the file -- no typos.

I tried an https site as well and the same thing happened.

Looking for an http solution to upgrade the firmware?

Note:  Not interested local TFTP solution.  Every other vendor has a cloud provisioning server for free that makes stuff like this easy.  This should be easy.

What the is current firmware on the phone? 

Also, can you please list your upgrade files? Just want to be sure you have all the correct files for the upgrade.

Thank you. I figured it out.
I needed to unpack all the zip files along with the .loads file. Once I did that, the firmware upgrade went through.
The instructions never said to do that or wasn't clear as far as I could tell. I had the firmware in zip format with the loads file only unpacked.
