Hi all!
I have the next problem:
In one location/partition, sometimes (no correlation with hours, day) the CP-8851 phone loses its registration when calls another internal phone (any other partition) but when call to PSTN numbers there is no problem. I have discarted IP conflict. The debug console messages:

Hi Igor,
Is it a single phone in that location ? have you verified connectivity to the phone .
Just check in RTMT-ciscosyslog if you see phone getting registered and unregistered repeatedly.
From logs i can see same phone is getting a different IP addresses which points us to believe it either loosing connectivity to SW or may be resetting on its own.
Also you can do span to PC port and capture wireshark on PC ( if daisy chained).Otherwise check status messages as well from phone page.thanks

Hi Deepak, many thanks for your help. Yes it is a single phone in the remote location, i have checked the IP and no thing wrong (the console in the phone is normal). it is only when call another partitions, the same partition there is no problem.
The Phone is new, less than 3 months. The messages on the debug only says that the session on CUCM has been restarted but without any reason. I have tested the same phone in other swich and the same problem appears. But, for example, today there was no problem.... ??????

Hi all!! many thanks for your support. The solution to this problem is tricky to find but easy to implement. The problem is the Device Security Profile in the phone configuration; you need to change it and for that you need to create a new one
System>Security>Phone Security Profile.
Change the tranport type to UDP (only).
Go to the phone configuration and change to the new profile.
I hope it will be helpfull (check the attacted images)
