Create a help desk 24 X 7 answering system

Good afternoon,

 

I have been tasked with creating a help desk phone answering system...

 

Customers will call one outside number and then be able to choose different locations...

 

Press 1 for east, press two for west, press three for south....

 

Each location will have a group voice mail 

 

I have a translation pattern number that is available...

 

We have cisco unified cm administration console version 11.5...

 

Any suggestions on how to get this done please?

Hi,

1. Do you have Single Unifies CUCM Cluster or Multiple CUCM Clusters at different locations?

2. Do you have Unity Connection Voicemail System?

3. Will there be live agents to answer customer calls or the calls are directly going to group voicemail?
