Good afternoon,
I have been tasked with creating a help desk phone answering system...
Customers will call one outside number and then be able to choose different locations...
Press 1 for east, press two for west, press three for south....
Each location will have a group voice mail
I have a translation pattern number that is available...
We have cisco unified cm administration console version 11.5...
Any suggestions on how to get this done please?
