@correction in the reply : It has only 1 slot
Georgios have added the sheet with part number please follow that to order the RAM.
For the 2911 you have maximum of 2 GB RAM support.
Cisco 2911
Expansion Type—UDIMM with ECC.
UDIMM sizes—512 MB, 1 GB, 2GB.
UDIMM expansion slots—1.
Fixed onboard ECC memory—512 MB.
Maximum memory—2 GB.
Below link have list of supported RAM in ISR G2 please see table 1-8.

should i choose from one of these :
MEM-2900-2GB= |
2GB DRAM for Cisco 2901, 2911, 2921 ISR (only as spare) |
MEM-2900-1GB= |
1 GB DRAM for Cisco 2901, 2911, 2921 ISR (only as spare) |
MEM-2900-512MB= |
512MB DRAM for Cisco 2901, 2911, 2921 ISR (only as spare) |

That is correct. You should order either MEM-2900-1GB= or MEM-2900-2GB=, as you have only 1 slot for RAM DIMMs.

thanks alot
so what do u recommend to me buy 1 or 2 gb ?
also this is the excat type (MEM-2900-1GB= or MEM-2900-2GB) i will ask for in market ?
or what the type of ram should i ask for ?

That would depend on your environment and how "busy" your router is. Also, high RAM utilization is usually seen in boxes with large routing (eg BGP) tables and if they run multiple functionalities (extra zone-based firewalls etc).
Of-course, since the 2911 has only one DRAM slot, if you can take over the extra cost of the 2GB DIMM it would be good to purchase it, since you never know how you will be using the router in the future. But, to serve as a voice gateway in a normal enterprise, the 1GB DIMM should be enough.

You should engage a Cisco Partner; they will take care of the ordering.
