We've recently begun having problems with crosstalk (multiple conversation heard on a single phone call). We run PRIs, so I'm surprised that this is happening and, frankly, have not run into this problem before in a CUCM environment. Our carrier tech is coming out to review the PRI provisioning. My question is; can crosstalk occur due to a misconfiguration on the voice gateway?

Hi shika,
Are you talking about glare? Could you please describe the problem?

Not glare. We're hearing multiple, unrelated conversations in a single audio stream.

That's sound like a Service Provider problem. Are all call coming/outgoing from CUCM?

We have recently had some occasions of this happening, although really are. Our environment is SIP, though. Did you ever find out anything?
