We have two clusters.
1 here in the US and 1 in Germany.
The one in Germany has a "Find" button next to the "Owner User ID" and one next to the "Primary Phone" entries.
Anyone know how to enable this on our CUCM here in the US?
I opened a TAC case and they say they dont have it either. LOL
Thanks in advance for any help.

It's a service parameter for how many items that need to be in a search for the find button to appear. I don't have a system at hand at the moment, so I can't check the exact name for this SP.
Let me know if you find it, otherwise I'll look at it tomorrow when at work.

Maybe in the Enterprise Parameters?
It will only let me go down to 250 on the Max lookup Items..
I have 150 Users on this system. My other system has 1600+.
grrr... so close! It is such a pain adding the primary phone this way...

Woot!!!
Found it. your answer got me part way there. It wasnt the "Max Lookup" but rather the "Max List Box Items".
Set it down to 100 and BAM there it is on the phone config page!
Very nice.
Good going Roger!! TAC is still trying to figure it out! LMAO...
****UPDATE****
This is so much easier! now i can do with one web page what i had to do with 3 open!

Right on, that's the SP I referred to. I can't believe that TAC didn't know about this. You must have got a real newbe as the case handler :)
Thanks for the nice rating and for marking the question as answered.

As an update i would like to say that I requested closure on the TAC case and then got a call from them asking what it was I did to fix it!! LMAO.
I told them my consulting fee is 250 dollars an hour...
