You can do a export of all CSS, download the tar file and then unpack the file to a folder to get access to the csv file in it. Edit the csv in excel and add the PT into the needed CSS, remove the lines that aren't changed, save it as a csv file again. Then pack the csv and the header file into a tar file with 7-zip, give it a new name. Upload the new file and run either import or first validate it, to check validity. If its okay run the import.
