Hi,
About UCCX with CTI ports and Call Control Group.
1- When all the agents are busy and a new inbound call arrives, the call is pending; but does this call use a CTI port?
2- Can we monitor the CTI ports in use?

As soon as a call is answered by the script it will use a CTI port. I think that you should be able to see the usage of ports from RTMT.
