CTI ports

Hi,

I am using uccx 8.5 with CUCM 8.6.2. I want to know whether the CTI route point can choose the CTI port for calling specifically. In over scenario the CTI route point forward the call to any of the CTI port which are in different device pool. Can i restrict the CTI route point to forward the call to the CTI port which are in same device pool? If yes, please do let me know the configuration.

Hi Pawan,

Create more number of Call Control Groups (CCG's) each with specific number of CTI port ranges and associate specific CCG's to the Route points inorder to see the specific Route Point going through the predefined CTI pors in that CCG.
