Dear All
Let me to give you an idea for the structure
1) Calls from outside to 0000 translated in the voice Gateway to 4100(queue for CUBAC)(CUBAC is configured to have a hold music on queue)
Everything working OK but the client wants to ring the line 3 times and then to hear the welcome message(hold queue)
Is this possible??
2) With no reason the status for the phones has disappeared from the attendant console client.Do you have any idea?

1. it is not possible to delay the hold, answering the call and placing it on hold happend immediatly
2. try restarting the Cisco Unified Attendant Console BLG Plug In service

Is the music on hold in the queue played immediately when no receptionist answer the call? What put the call into a queue and play music rather than ring continuously (since it is a CTI route point)?
