We have 2node CUBE HA cluster (ISR 4431) and we tried to configure CUCM based recording on the CUBE over UC WSAPI (XMF).
This type of call recording is working fine (XMF providers were successfully registered to the CUCM) till the time when failover occure on the CUBE cluster. At this time CUBE failovered to the second node which was previously on the HOT_STANDBY state but XMF providers did not also moved to this second (current ACTIVE CUBE) node and remains on the first node (on which were registered to the CUCM) and recording stop to work :-(.
Did someone solved this? This type of recording is really very nice but its not usable when its not working with HA.
Thanks
Tomas

I know this post is old but thought I would ask.
Is there anything You had to do additional to make it work? I have a simulator setup and followd the documentation but couldn’t get to register with the primary XMF even.

I'm setting up a similar configuration, except we are not using CUBE HA. I have configured it according to the Cisco documentation on CUCM and on the CUBE. I show the registration in the CUBE for each CUCM, but when I test a call, I get nothing from CUCM sent to the CUBE, and therefore obviously no forking.
I'm waiting on TAC to become available to assist, but this seems like a setup that is not used in many environments, and experts on it seem hard to find.
Thanks in advance for any help.
