Hi Folks
I am experiencing a very strange issue
Suddenly the voice mail ports lost the registration with CUC
Device name prefix is correct in cuc and cucm
Before 2 hours everything was working ok
Any ideas?
I have reboot cucms, cuc

Does complete IP connectivity exist between CUC and CUCM? Is the network stable?
Network connectivity is vitally important. Cisco Unity and Cisco CallManager exchange keepalive messages I think after three lost keepalives, the ports unregister and attempt to reregister. Keepalives can be lost due to network congestion, switch port errors, and other network malfunctions. Before you troubleshoot Cisco Unity-Cisco CallManager connectivity, it is essential to verify that network problems do not exist.

You may also want to check the licenses on CXN. If they have expired the ports will not be allowed to register. The next step after that would be trace collection and/or a packet capture to see what's going on.
