CUC -- IVR

Hi 

I am searching for IVR solution by using the Cisco Unity.

 Scenario : Whenever my client voice network receives a incoming call from PSTN. Then caller will be asked to dialed its desired extension or wait for 

the operator. 

I have to implement the it with unity. I am searching its solution. But still I could not find its solution. Kindly Help me to find its solution.

How to create an AA has been discussed plenty of times before at CSC, I even have a video on that, please search CSC for answers before posting
