Is the service listed under the CUC CLI as "Connection Serviceability" required for a standalone (no Cluster) installation?

Yes. That's the Tomcat instance for https://<Cisco Unity Connection server IP address>/cuservice

That URL works but in the CLI the service "Connection Serviceability" shows as down.
