cucm does not terminate calls

Hi all

We have a problem with calls not being terminated when the phone is not registered or is not a defined number in our cucm.

What happends is that it strips the last two digits and puts +47 (national prefix) in front of the number instead. So when someone calls a "unregistered" number 12345678 somewhere it transforms that into +47123456.

we have cube in front of the cucm, and that transforms numbers that begins with +47 into 0 for the cucm. That is there if someone has a unanswered call they can just call back with 0 in front for outgoing pstn.

example:

calling number 12345678

Cube transforms: 012345678

trunk removes predot 0

number is in our range but does not exist

call bounces back from cucm and goes out with: +47123456

We want these calls to be terminated, any suggestions?

Regards

Atle L

in your example:

example:

calling number 12345678    (is this an inbound call?)

Cube transforms: 012345678  (why add a 0 and then strip it on your trunk?)

trunk removes predot 0

number is in our range but does not exist

call bounces back from cucm and goes out with: +47123456  (where do you remove the 78 and prefix +47)

Can you add your cube's config and add a debug ccsip to this post.

thanks
