Hello,
i am using cucm ver 10.5.1.X and it is fully synced with LDAP.
as today i seen one user is not showing in cucm end user section.
i resync and restart Cisco directory service but still not able to see that user in CUCM end user section.
anyone know what is issue and how to fix it?
!
!
last time i used one cisco document and with command section of cucm cleared user search history and it was showing users.
but now i am unable to find that document and apply steps on cucm so that find user in cucm end user section.

Is this user in a container that is covered by your LDAP integration search base, or was the user perhaps moved to different contained?
Was the user possibly disabled in LDAP?
Do you have any filter on your LDAP integration, if so what is the filter?

I am not aware of the commands, but I would look at the dirsync logs for clues.

Does the user has something in the surname field??
if it's empty it won't sync

yes..
it has all required field configured in LDAP.

You're right Jaime, surname field on AD users wasn't set in my case and that fixed the problem. Thanks.
