CUCM 10.5.2 - RTMT Alerts - Random Alerts - What are they?

Randomly throughout the day I get various alerts from my CUCM.  They are not very descriptive as to what the deal is.  Can someone help me decipher what these errors mean?  Do I need to take action? A few of the errors are pasted below...
