Hi Guys,
The Customer complained that the specific site is presenting the follow problem: Calls to mobile phones missed not go to mailbox. I verified that the parameters about CallManager and Gateway Voice, and the configuration is the same to the another sites. The carrier tested the circuit and didn´t found the problem, and told that the problem is the environment the Customer. Any have Idea about this?

Does the same happen if you call from a phone outside of your environment??
How long does the mobile needs to ring before going to VM??
How long does you calls currently last??

Thanks a lot for your contact. I will try explain the scenario
Side A Side B
IP Phone (Deskphone) Mobile Phone
A call for B, and B not can to answer the call because is in the meeting (for example) and turn off the call. A continues calls B until the call fail (timeout)
in this moment the call not go to voice mail B.
The Customer have another sites and the problem not occurr.
