Hello,
I have a gateway VG320 register through CUCM with MGCP protocol. Some of the ports FXS after a few days show "shutdown" state with any intervention. Anybody have had the same problem?

You can start by looking at the "show tech" from the gateway for any alerts / errors on the gateway itself. Correspondingly, you may look at the application / system logs on cucm to check for any unregistration events for these ports. If the timestamp can be found then corresponding detailed callmanager traces can be checked to get more details. CUCM Audit logs can also be checked to see if anyone logged into cucm to make any changes on this gateway.
