Dear Experts,
Kindly find the below Topology with Software versions mentioned.
I have an issue with Jabber phone logging from outside using Cisco Expressway.
The Jabber phone is logging in and authenticate. the user can chat with users.
When the Jabber call other people. It will ring, once we answer the call, there is no audio.
We check the firewall there is no blocking.
Any idea about this situation ?
Waiting for your help
Thanks in advance
Anas

Did you configure your public ip/NAT ip on the express way-E?
System>IP on the Expressway-E there is a box called 'IPv4 static NAT address' and you must populate that with your Public IP of the Expressway-E. It will require a reboot under Maintenance>Restart Options to take affect
Also,
ExpressWay C should only communicate with public IP of expressway E, hence NAT reflexion comes in play and you need to configure this at Firewall side.

How have you setup your expressway-e? Are you using a single NIC or dual NIC?
Are you using NAT IP on your expressway-E ?
Does your firewall has SIP inpection turned off?

Hello Aydoeji,
I am using Single NIC and I am using NAT.
SIP inspection is turned off on the firewall.

Hi Ayodeji,
The static nat is configured on the Express-E.
I think my issue is with the firewall rules. because I am configuring the communication between EXP-C and EXP-E on the DMZ-ip not Public IP.
I will check that and I will get back to you
Thanks
