Hi,

some of our Cisco phones in our publisher have a (1) or (2) after them. I 'm thinking this means some sort of copy issue?

Any pointers would be appreciated. Thank you. louis

I am assuming you are searrching by directory number, then the number indicates line placement on the phone, i.e. (2) means second DN on the phone.

[+5] to Chris, number indication only comes next to the MAC Address of phone when you search by Directory Number. If you will just search by Description or Device Name then only the Device Name will show up without any Line Instance.
