CUCM 10 - Fedex delivery

On SIP 7975 phone and would like to program the phone to have the Federal Express delivery guy pickup the phone and the phone will just autodial out from the phone as an intercom or a direct line to the Campus reception without having to dial any number.  Is there a way to do?

Yes, you can set it up within a couple of minutes via the PLAR feature. Please check "Steps for Configuring PLAR in CallManager 5.x/6.x" of the following doc

Thanks mate but I come across it as not working, we have SIP and not SCCP on CUCM 10.x. the phone is a model 7975.  Is there another way to make it work?

You can use SIP Dial Rules to accomplish PLAR with SIP phones.
