CUCM 11.5 I don't see a way to Bulk Administration > Lines > update busy trigger based on model (I could export all 8821s, bulk update and import) am I missing something other than export/import?
That is correct unless you could determine the 8821s by some other criteria such as a range of DNs, device pool, etc. and query based on this info in BAT.
