CUCM 11.5 Intercom on 6921

I'm trying to setup an Intercom between a 6921 and a 6941.  I have the 6941 side setup correctly I believe, but the 6921 already has a DN appearance on each of the lines (Line 1 is the end user extension 1005 and line 2 is the same DN as Line 1 on the 6941 as this is their admin assistant, 1001).  The 6921 needs to have the ability to answer calls for both 1001 and 1005.  I thought about possibly having the 1001 trigger a hunt list and then just make both the 1005 and an alternate extension members with a broadcast type, but not sure how well that would work.  

Is there any other way to accomplish this?

If I understood correctly you have 6921 with line 1005 and second line 1001. Extension 1001 is shared line, both 6921 and 6941 has this extension configured.

now what issue you  facing . And what is you expected behaviour ?

I'd also like to have an intercom available on both phones so that they can intercom each other.  This isn't a problem on the 6941 as I can modify the phone button template and move the Intercom onto the screen.  But the 6921 I'm having an issue getting to work.
