CUCM 11.5 not showing VWIC3-1MFT-T1/E1 card option in MGCP Settings

We are not getting option to add VWIC3-1MFT-T1/E1 card in MGCP configuration .

CUCM version 11.5

on VIC and slot 0 option showing only - NM4-4WIC-MBRD

on VIC and slot 1 option showing below cards ,

NM-HD-2V

NM-HD-2VE

EVM-HD

NM-HDv2-0PORT

NM-HDv2-1PORT-T1

NM-HDv2-1PORT-E1

NM-HDv2-2PORT-T1

NM-HDv2-2PORT-E1

Am using VWIC3-1MFT-T1/E1 card in 2921 router , but in CUCM am not getting this card for MGCP gateway configuration .

Select the NM4-4WIC-MBRD and then see if the VWIC card options appears underneath it.

when we select NM4-4WIC-MBRD in card sub menu is not opening .

I'm guessing you have not clicked on save after choosing that option.

Thank you , after saving am able to other options ,,VWIC3-1MFT-T1/E1.
