Customer request for a CUCM 11 and it should support 6 internal/external conference call.
Could please let me how many conference call will be supported by CUCM 11, do we need to order extra PVDM for conference call support.

you can use DSP calculator for Audio conference Calls

For Video Conference calls, u can opt for MCU.

Hi Balamurugan,
If the calls would be using only G711 codec then you can use the cucm based software conference bridge. If any of the call legs is any other codec then you need DSP based conference bridge or transcoders. Single CUCM can support upto 64 participants for ad-hoc and 128 for meet-me conference.
You should use th DSP calculator tool to check the DSP's required depending on the hardware platform on which hardware conference bridge or transcoder would be configured

Just to add, that largely depends on how many concurrent conferences you need AND how many conferencees you want to have, plus, you don't even mention if you're already taking into account the SW CFB from CUCM, nor codecs.
