Hello,
I have CUCM 11 and everything is working fine except outgoing call.
There is at least 10 - seconds delay when the CUCM place the call to the Voice gateway!!
can you help me please

Its most likely due to an overlapping dial plan. What is the exact Route pattern that you have configured to send the calls out? Check under Call Routing > Route Plan Report on cucm page and download the route plan and see if there are any overlapping patterns ( example 9.1XXXXXX and 9.! ).
If you want you can provide the Route pattern details and Route plan report on this post and we can check it.
