Hello,
We are moving to CUCM version 8.6. We want to export certian user from CUCM 4.1 through BAT. The issue we are noticing is when we choose Specific Details for Export options are search results comeback as -1 with no phones. We have verified that we have phones that match the query. If any has encountered this issue or have any ideas please let me know.
Troubleshooting steps done so far;
Stopped BAT from program files.
uninstalled and reinstalled BAT on pub.

Thanks for your help Rob. The workaround worked, I added one of the exported users to a dummy Call Pickup group and all the users in the query were exported..
